Massage Services
All massages include consultation, where your therapist will discuss goals for the session, areas of concern or pain, and desired pressure level. Throughout the massage, you will be properly draped with a sheet throughout the session, with only the area being worked on exposed. If desired, your therapist will use heated, moist towels at various points throughout the session to enhance relaxation and address specific areas of the body.

Tuning into what your body needs and applying a combination of Swedish and Deep tissue massage techniques. Put your mind, body and soul at ease with a caring touch to pursue ultimate relaxation to aid you in health and healing.

Swedish Full Body
Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.

Deep Tissue Full Body
Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.

Chair Massage Upper Body
Excellent option for those who have limited time and/or are new to therapeutic touch. This short, focused massage is performed while the client is sitting upright and fully clothed in a specially designed chair. Focuses on relieving tension in the neck, shoulders, back, and arms—common areas of stress from work and daily life.
